Delia's Spring Onion, Potato and Cheese Soufflé
Hello all and welcome to my first Vlog. I'm pretty terrified about this, so please do be nice. I'm attempting Delia Smith's Spring Onion, Potato and Cheese Soufflé - you can view the actual recipe here - and for some reason I thought it would be good to film it, spur of the moment without any makeup on and wearing tracky b's. I will be slicker next time, but I'm afraid my yellow sauna kitchen will still look exactly the same.
