Homemade Limoncello

Three easy steps to lovely homemade limoncello. You will need:

1 litre vodka

5 unwaxed lemons

750g sugar

700ml water

Big jar to make it in

Nice little bottles for the finished article

Pour over ice cream, use to spike a lemon cheesecake, give as a gift or just drink on its own!
