Shakshuka

So yesterday's video post, or 'vlog', got me the most hits I think I've ever had in a day, so with some time on my hands this morning I thought I'd do another one and this time put some proper clothes on and do my hair. I was ravenous, so this is a healthy yet hearty breakfast dish called shakshuka - further explanation in the clip.

The places I mention in the post are Ottolenghi's, who has a fabulous little place in Angel as well as Nopi, which I love. I also use his book Plenty a lot and his saffron cauliflower in there is one of my faves. The other place is Honey & Co, which is still very much on my list.
