Dolce by Ferrero Rocher, Covent Garden

A pop up dessert bar from everyone's favourite chocolate has arrived in Covent Garden, so clearly I had to perform my civic duty and go along to check it out.

For the unprincely sum of £15 you'll get the full Rocher experience by way of five mini desserts which have been lovingly created by pudding supremo Paul Hannagen (of Cuisson Popdown) to represent the five different elements of the famous Ambassadorial choc.

Here they are:

Clockwise from the spoon is: a cocoa roasted whole hazelnut wrapped in praline mousse; a chocolate case filled with yummy ganache, some kind of great wafer thing, a fancy chocolate reveal mini pudding and spun sugar with edible gold glitter.

Here's the big reveal happening:

It was, of course delicious and a 45 minutes very well spent.

There's all sorts of Ferrero Rocher paraphernalia to purchase after your slot, and a giant wall of 5000 chocs to gaze at too.

It's only on until 11 December, so get yourself down there sharpish.

Buy tickets here or walk in 1pm-10pm and you too can be as happy as this:
